Statuses and badges

Every badge used across the archive, in one place, with what it actually means.

The same small set of badges appears across several pages. This is the whole vocabulary in one place.

File status

Where the original file stands in the ERP after archiving. Seen on Files.

BadgeMeaning
OriginalThe file is still in place in the source system.
Stubbed, redirectThe original was replaced by a stub that redirects to the archived copy.
Stubbed, emptyThe original was replaced by an empty stub.
ArchivedA copy exists in the archive. This is independent of what was left behind in the ERP.

Reference risk

How much depends on a file, based on how many things in the ERP point at it. Seen on Files.

BadgeMeaning
NoneNothing references the file.
LowFew references.
MediumA moderate number of references.
HighMany references.

Record state

Whether a captured record still exists at source. Seen on Records.

BadgeMeaning
CurrentThe record still exists in the source system.
DeletedIt no longer does, but the captured copy was retained.

Share status

Whether anything outside the archive can reach a file. Seen on Share links.

BadgeMeaning
SharedThe file has at least one active link of its own.
Via folderThe file has no link of its own, and is reachable only through a shared folder.

Job status and kind

Seen on Jobs.

BadgeMeaning
In queueAccepted, waiting for a worker.
In progressBeing worked on now.
FinishedCompleted successfully.
FailedDid not complete.
ArchiveJob kind: copies a file into the archive.
ReplicateJob kind: copies archived data to another storage target.
RestoreJob kind: brings an archived file back.

Access log

Seen on Access log.

BadgeMeaning
ViewThe target was opened.
DownloadThe target was downloaded.
RestoreThe target was restored.
Share link downloadDownloaded through a share link.
UserActor type: a person.
Api tokenActor type: a token.
Share linkActor type: a share link.
AllowedThe access was permitted.

Connection history markers

Seen during onboarding.

BadgeMeaning
MeshERP keeps versionsVersion history is kept on the archive side.
Provider keeps versionsThe source provider holds the versions.
No history keptNo version history is retained for this connection.
ConnectedThe target or connection is reachable.

Token status

Seen on API tokens.

BadgeMeaning
ActiveWorking now.
ExpiredPast its expiry date.
RevokedWithdrawn deliberately, before expiry.
AdminScope: administrative access.
Platform bundleScope: used by the bundle installed in the ERP.
Proxy workerScope: used by a deployed proxy worker.
Read onlyScope: read access with no writes.
