Statuses and badges
Every badge used across the archive, in one place, with what it actually means.
The same small set of badges appears across several pages. This is the whole vocabulary in one place.
File status
Where the original file stands in the ERP after archiving. Seen on Files.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Original | The file is still in place in the source system. |
| Stubbed, redirect | The original was replaced by a stub that redirects to the archived copy. |
| Stubbed, empty | The original was replaced by an empty stub. |
| Archived | A copy exists in the archive. This is independent of what was left behind in the ERP. |
Reference risk
How much depends on a file, based on how many things in the ERP point at it. Seen on Files.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| None | Nothing references the file. |
| Low | Few references. |
| Medium | A moderate number of references. |
| High | Many references. |
Record state
Whether a captured record still exists at source. Seen on Records.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current | The record still exists in the source system. |
| Deleted | It no longer does, but the captured copy was retained. |
Share status
Whether anything outside the archive can reach a file. Seen on Share links.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Shared | The file has at least one active link of its own. |
| Via folder | The file has no link of its own, and is reachable only through a shared folder. |
Job status and kind
Seen on Jobs.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In queue | Accepted, waiting for a worker. |
| In progress | Being worked on now. |
| Finished | Completed successfully. |
| Failed | Did not complete. |
| Archive | Job kind: copies a file into the archive. |
| Replicate | Job kind: copies archived data to another storage target. |
| Restore | Job kind: brings an archived file back. |
Access log
Seen on Access log.

| View | The target was opened. |
| Download | The target was downloaded. |
| Restore | The target was restored. |
| Share link download | Downloaded through a share link. |
| User | Actor type: a person. |
| Api token | Actor type: a token. |
| Share link | Actor type: a share link. |
| Allowed | The access was permitted. |
Connection history markers
Seen during onboarding.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| MeshERP keeps versions | Version history is kept on the archive side. |
| Provider keeps versions | The source provider holds the versions. |
| No history kept | No version history is retained for this connection. |
| Connected | The target or connection is reachable. |
Token status
Seen on API tokens.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Working now. |
| Expired | Past its expiry date. |
| Revoked | Withdrawn deliberately, before expiry. |
| Admin | Scope: administrative access. |
| Platform bundle | Scope: used by the bundle installed in the ERP. |
| Proxy worker | Scope: used by a deployed proxy worker. |
| Read only | Scope: read access with no writes. |
