Records
The backup of every business record in your ERP, kept with its version history and retained after deletion.
Records is the backup of the business records in your ERP. Every record the connector can reach is copied into the archive and kept there, and each captured change is stored as another version, so a record can be read back as it stood on an earlier day.
NetSuite is the first connector, so in a NetSuite account this is where sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, vendor bills, vendors, customers, employees and inventory items land.
The archive copies what the authorized ERP identity is allowed to read, and what the connector supports. Coverage is complete inside those bounds. A record the connection cannot see is not backed up, so check what each connection reaches in Storage and connections.
The total held is shown in the top right, and a line above the table reports how many deleted records are being retained.
Reading a row

| State | Whether the record is Current or Deleted in the source system. |
| Versions | How many captured states exist for this record. |
| Files | How many archived files are attached to this record. |
| Last change | When it last moved, and who made the change. |
The source identifiers matter more than they look. A row shows both the ERP document number and the internal id, so a record in the archive can always be matched back to the object it came from. For a backup that is the difference between having the data and being able to prove which object it belongs to.
State
A record deleted in the ERP does not disappear from the archive. It changes state to Deleted and stays readable. This is the main thing the backup buys you: the ERP no longer has the record, and you still do.
The three tabs above the table switch what is listed:
- Current shows records that still exist in the source system
- Deleted shows records that no longer do, but were captured before they went
- All shows both together
How long deleted records and older versions are kept is set by record retention, not by this page.
Record types
The types present depend on what the connector captures and what your ERP holds. The Record types control on the right of the filter bar is where the set of captured types is reviewed, which is also how you confirm a type you expected to be backed up is actually being captured.
